-makes a face- I have spent the past 2 hours trying to cram things into 2 boxes, one being a FedEx 25 kg box and the other being a FedEx 10 kg box. The amazing thing is that the 10 kg box weighs much more than the 25 kg box, which is full of books, hence the heavier weight. ugh I'm so irritated with my luggage. I have about 20 hangers that I tried to stuff into the 25 kg box and I almost ripped the box. I now have 3 pieces of luggage, which is more than I'm supposed to be carrying. Maybe they will look at the total weight of the things that I'm bringing onto the plane. HAH. yeah right. I bet my box of books is slightly less than my baggage allowance. -grumbles- .. -grumbles some more-
On the bright side, (thinking about this makes me so much happier -beams-) my day starting from yesterday evening all the way until about 4pm today was wonderful. :) I bought my camera! It's a Nikon Coolpix L3 and I got it for $260. :D good deal! After that I went for mass with the CSA and it was really nice seeing everyone again, but then not many people were there. I think a lot of the seniors had FYP to work on. After that, I went to Tsubaki for dinner with Paulee, Darlie, Benny, Markee, Bing and Hong. I had the buffet that made me so sick.. I don't think I can look at sashimi in the same way. $30 worth of fish. bleh. But the dinner was full of WoW talk -.- and Hong was berating me for being a resto druid. What's wrong with a resto druid? They're in high demand in instances! Maybe not as high as priests, but still. :) anyway, after that I went to KE7 at NUS to stay over in Paula's room with Hui Yan! :) and it was so fun! They introduced me to this (yes, believe it or not) a Taiwanese drama with a really really cute guy. Knowing my chinese standard, I couldn't follow quite a bit of the show, but thanks to their translation, I managed to get through the first episode, or at least the first 7 parts before Paula's com died for some bizarre reason. We went to Woon Yang's room after that and we were just sitting there making fun of him and letting insults fly :D and Nick came over too! and we were all just talking and laughing until about 2am. :) and we met wy's girlfriend also :) hee. and his room is amazing, as in, scarily close to womanly so. He has like 3 or 4 skillets/frying pans in his room. o.0 but I heard that he's a good cook :) so good for him! His girlfriend is lucky hee hee. When hy, Paula and I went back to her room, we stoned for a while and eventually went to sleep around 3. hy and i slept on the bed while paula slept on the floor :) I love her room! :) I hope my room in Australia is like that. :) Woke up around 7 to go for medicine lectures. hy came with me and I was falling asleep, while she was rushing her organisational management tutorial. :) ahh.. it's so nice attending lectures with her. Then during the first break, px joined us for a short while and we went to the canteen. Apparently Addy, Clarence and Derrick thought that I had already left for Australia. haha. oh dear. I need to meet up with the 3G people before I go off. :( Before the second lecture was over, hy had to go for her next class, so I left early with her and went to eat.
There's something wrong with me today. I think I've got a lot of wind in me, because 2 hours after I ate lunch with hy I was hungry again. hm. px walked me to the bus stop where I took a bus to Alexandra Road to go to Queensway and Ikea. I love Ikea. I bought a pair of shoes for $104! :) I was so happy and they're nice and comfortable. Went to Ikea and bought some nice things also. I took the train home and I was so tired on it! Then Mom picked me up from Thomson plaza and we blew up a lot of money on medication o.0 then i came home to pack and that's when my headache started. I figured that it was a Kodak moment and took a picture of my room in all its messy glory. haha. what a disaster. I'm still wondering whether I should post it, but it really is disgusting :) bah well.
Anyway, going to get back to packing. whee~ God bless!
