my driving test is on wednesday!! i really hope it goes well! :) hee this weekend has been really nice. :) yesterday there was alumni and i saw my darlings again. it was a nice way to start the weekend off. family dinner was cancelled so i met paulee for dinner to celebrate his birthday, along with jon, yy, darryl and bing. we went to new york new york for dinner then after that we went to swensens for dessert. then i left early. so happy birthday paulee and jon! :)
this morning was so nice! other than the fact that eunice threw my phone across the room last night. i set my phone to loud mode last night because i had to get up early this morning. paulee called me at midnight and i was already asleep, so i'm guessing that while my phone was ringing - i didn't hear a thing, while eunice probably did - she took it and threw it across the room. this morning i heard a feeble alarm sound and i found my phone in some obscure corner of the room. -fumes-
anyway, this morning, i went to church early because i went to help the friars sell their calendars for next year. i was on time, greg came slightly later, then iggy came slightly later than greg and vanessa, charlene and rebecca were all late. hee hee. and greg brought his coffee-bailey's irish cream-kahlua cake! :) which was fantastic! charlene was super late and came 45 mins into 9am mass so the other 5 of us attended 9am mass and it was so nice going for mass with them again!!! :D then i helped to sell calendars and i realised that i'm terrible at marketing -.- but a lot of people bought calendars so i was really happy :) then we were talking to the friars in between masses and they were super nice! then after that, since charlene was super late for 9am, we went for 11 and all 6 of us were completely zoning out during mass. and greg was saying a lot of rubbishy things :) ahh so fun. then after that, we ate some more cake and sandwiches and after that we went to Father Saussard's cafe to eat lunch which some people cooked for the friars and ourselves. and one of the parishioners even offered us wine!!! :) it was quite strong but nice. :) we were sitting in the cafe for so long just talking a lot of rubbish and laughing :) ah i miss them. after that i had to go for driving because my test is on wednesday. :)
my driving went quite well i think.. i'm more confident in my lane changing, although i do tend to hold up traffic while changing lanes. :P oh well. and i've been seeing lots of triangular plates lately, so i shall assume that it's a sign from God that i'm meant to pass this time around so that I can be the 4th taxi driver in this house.. ie. the 4th taxi driver for eunice. :) after driving i went to esprit because i wanted to buy my jacket but they didn't have any more!!!! -cries- oh well. :( then i waited for paulee because he went to watch casino royale with darryl, yy and osh. then yy osh paulee and i went to carl's jr for dinner and we were sitting there for a while and they were talking about a lot of their army stuff and us uni stuff but it was entertaining.
ah nice weekend. hopefully i can pass my driving!!!
