i've got a headache. this is what happens when you sleep at 530 am. -.- yesterday was a super long day. met iggy, van, becks, greg and sarah. we were supposed to meet at 12pm at ps for lunch and to buy stuff. i arrived at 1145 so i walked around ps a bit. then went down. greg came at 12 and so we waited. and waited. haha. everyone was late! then i realised i forgot to bring the tea light holder -.- yeah we went to the food court for lunch. oh and becks and i wore the exact same shirt. same colour and everything. haha. so amusing. if it were a black shirt, it wouldn't have been so obvious, but no.. we both wore a mud green shirt -.- rather embarrassing. but amusing!! this is the second time! i'm convinced we're telepathic. yeah so we bought some stuff from spotlight while i discussed the programme for the christmas party with sarah and greg. we went to secret recipe and they never came to take our order so we were quite happy. i was broke anyway. -laughs- after that, van, iggy, sarah and i went to alexandria to buy paint and to go to ikea to buy some more tea light holders. and to have dinner of course :) love ikea food. so we bought all our stuff and by the time we were done, it was about 7pm. we took a cab back to ntu and we went to van's room first and i took a quick shower. it was quite funny. she and iggy told me "welcome back" and i was like harhar.
after that we carried all the stuff to iggy's room. when i looked in, i told him, "i'm going in with my slippers." how guys can live with dirt really amazes me. van and i spent an hour sweeping and mopping. by then it was 10. then we started doing the banner. actually, we just started sewing the edges so that the cloth wouldn't fray. that took us 2 hours. we did running stitches and van's and mine were quite disastrous, but iggy's was worse. but he did improve :) we did outlines and everything around 12 and did the base coat. alex (ah tiong) came by with the bicycle he borrowed from his neighbour and then he said he was hungry so he went out to buy food for us. so sweet. so we were sitting in iggy's room eating at 3am. bowo and joel dropped by also. joel went for mambo night so he came in around 4. by then we'd already painted the star in the middle. tiong left after that because he had an exam today. we painted the words and by then we were all mental already. it was quite crazy. there was a lot of spilling of glitter. then we sprayed fake snow on the banner and then touched up and it became really nice!! at 530 i passed out and woke up at 630. van and iggy were totally insane by then but the banner looked so pretty :) haha then we all went to sleep around 7. vanessa went back to her hall to get her pillow and comforter haha. she dragged this HUGE bag in. :) hee hee. i woke up again at 930 because i really needed to pee and i was running around the hall looking for a toilet and i was so irritated because the female toilets were all locked so i went to a handicap toilet. then i went back to sleep and woke up again around 1145. i went to brush my teeth and wash my face and when i came back, igg was up so we were just talking and then vanessa, who was still asleep, started moving and banged into the table and then she moved again and banged into the chair.. it was quite amusing.
we went for lunch around 1 at canteen 13 and it was like old times! only that cheryl wasn't there :( after that i rushed down to united square for my ben and jerry's interview and i was half an hour late -.- but edmund was really really nice and he said that he'd call me hopefully by next week so that i can start my training :) so i'm really happy!! :) my life as a bum is coming to an end. :)
ah. the past 2 days have been really nice. but i really really need to sleep now. God bless~
